This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Mathura, to expedite/conclude the proceeding of Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2021 (State Vs. Jagpal and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 177 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 302, 336, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S.- Jamunapar, District- Mathura, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Mathura, to expedite/conclude the proceeding of Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2021 (State Vs. Jagpal and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 177 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 302, 336, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S.- Jamunapar, District- Mathura, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
