JUDGMENT / ORDER

As learned advocate Mr. K.K. Pandey representing the respondent No.2 had expired, by order dated 16.3.2012, notice was issued to the respondent No.2 informing him about death of his advocate. Learned advocate Mr. A.R. Majmudar states that today he has received telephonic instructions from respondent No.2 to appear on his behalf and hence, Mr. Majmudar seeks time to file his VP. He requests to keep the matters on 9.5.2012.
Hence, S.O. to 9.5.2012.
