Heard Mr. Pushkar Mehrotra, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 1070 of 2017 (old No. 164/9 of 2005), (Narain Das Maheshwari Vs. Mohd. Wasi) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Civil Lines, District Meerut.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the court below.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
