1.0. Rule.
Shri Kabir Hathi, learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent no.1 and Shri Pandya, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent no.2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocates for the respective parties, the application is taken up for final hearing.
2.0. Present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants herein-original applicants to amend the Civil Application No.10054 of 2011 by adding additional ground in respect of their prayer to condone the delay.
3.0. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and subject to contesting the averment and allegation in the application on merits, present application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to amend the Civil Application No.10054 of 2011 as prayed for. Applicants to carry out the amendment within a period of one weeks from today. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
