1. This Court on 03.04.2012 passed the following order:
"With a view to enable ld. Counsel for appellant to produce on record document showing agricultural income, S.O to 10/4/12."
1.1 Thereafter on 10.04.2012, the following order was passed by this Court:
"At the request of ld-advocate for the appellant, S.O to 24/4/2012."
1.2 Again on 24.04.2012, this court passed the following order:
"With a view to enable learned advocate for the appellant to produce on record the Birth Certificate of the deceased. S.O. to 1st May, 2012."
2. Even today, in the third round, Ms. Amrita Ajmera, learned advocate for the appellant requests for time. Therefore as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 08.05.2012.
