Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original appellants for an appropriate order permitting them to serve respondent Nos.2/2 and 2/3 of Civil Application No.2953 of 2012 at the fresh address mentioned in the cause title of the present application.
Having heard the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants, present application is allowed and Registry is directed to issue fresh NOTICE upon respondent Nos.2/2 and 2/3 in Civil Application No.2953 of 2012 in Second Appeal No.153 of 1995 at the fresh / new address furnished by the applicants and as mentioned in the cause title of the present application. Fresh notice be made returnable on 30th July 2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
