This application has been preferred for restoration of the captioned petition which was disposed of by order dated 28.09.2000. Considering the long delay in filing this application and in view of the principle rendered by the Apex Court in the case of Shiv Dass v. Union of India & Ors., AIR 2007 SC 1330, this application is not entertained and is, accordingly, rejected.
