JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Learned counsel, Mr.Gaurav Chudasama for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application without prejudice to the rights and with a liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Permission is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
