1. After some argument, Sri Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.
2. Learned Chief Standing Counsel for State has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
