Against the order impugned in this writ petition passed under Section 11 (1) of the Excise Act, petitioners have statutory alternative remedy of filing revision before the State Government under Section 11(2) of the said Act. In view of the existence of alternative remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly stands dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to file a revision within 10 days from today.
For a period of 10 days from today no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned order.
