After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh as certain inherent mistakes have crept in the present petition.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining the photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
