Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant revision is directed against the order dated 07.09.2018 passed by the Waqf Tribunal on an application for interim injunction, ex parte. This Court is not inclined to entertain this revision against an ex parte interim order.
It is always open for the revisionist to apply for vacation of an ex parte injunction order by raising all available pleas before the court below. No such application appears to have been filed before the Waqf Tribunal. There appears no justification why a plea for vacating an ex parte injunction should be taken up by this Court at the first instance.
Accordingly the revision is dismissed at this stage.
