Learned APP Ms.Shah submits that the trial is commenced, charge is framed and matter is fixed for recording evidence on 16.4.2012. In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application at this stage. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the Sessions Case arising out of C.R.No.I-37 of 2011 registered with Mahuva Police Station, Bhavnagar as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the order. Direct service is permitted.
