Nagjibhai vs State

This application is preferred by the present applicant-original complainant for condonation of delay caused in preferring Cri.Misc.Appln.No.7129 of 2012 for restoration of Special Criminal Application No.712 of 2012 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court (Coram: M.R.Shah,J.) vide order dated 31-1-2012.

In view of the above, office is directed to place this matter before appropriate Court after obtaining appropriate order from Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice.
