The grievance of the petitioner is that after he recovered from his illness, he went to join the institution on 8.4.2019 alongwith medical certificate. The petitioner holds the post of Assistant Teacher in Smt. Ram Dulari Uchhatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Auton, Auraiya. According to him, he was not permitted to join.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has made a representation before the District Inspector of Schools on 26.4.2019 in which a request has been made to him to ensure joining of the petitioner. It is submitted that the District Inspector of Schools has not taken any action in the matter.
Learned standing counsel states that District Inspector of Schools, Auraiya, the third respondent would examine the issue and take decision in the matter.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the third respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner, after due notice and opportunity of hearing to respondents no.4 and 5. The District Inspector of Schools will take necessary action in the matter in accordance with law.
