This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.9194 of 2009 dated 09.12.2014.
2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondenta submitted that as against the order passed in W.A.(MD) Nos.298 and 299 of 2016, which affirmed the order made in W.P.(MD) Nos.9194 of 2009 and 6435 of 2009 dated 09.12.2014, the respondents Board filed Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.27352 to 27353 of 2016 and an order of interim stay was granted on 07.11.2016.
3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
