Three resolutions passed by the Nagar Palika Parihad Bulandshahr in its meeting held on 21.1.2019 have not been approved by the Commissioner of the Division vide order dated 10.4.2019.
Aggrieved the petitioner - Nagar Palika Parishad has preferred this petition.
The petitioner has not annexed the order of the Commissioner dated 10.4.2019 and it is stated that the petitioner has applied for the same under the Right to Information Act.
In view of the above the petitioner may await for supply of the copy of the said order and take appropriate remedy thereafter. The petition at this stage is premature.
Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage with the liberty to file fresh once copy of order passed by the Commissioner dated 10.4.2019 is supplied to him.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage, with liberty to file fresh one with complete details.
