Heard learned counsel for the parties.
From a perusal of the explanation submitted by the petitioner it is evident that the petitioner has not made any averment regarding ineligibility of the card-holders being the reason for non-distribution of the essential commodities to them.
Against the orders impugned, the petitioner has an adequate statutory remedy of filing an Appeal under paragraph 13(1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory remedy alone.
However, it shall be open for the petitioner to take all legal or factual grounds available to him before the Appellate Authority in appeal.
