Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to evolve a system/model for the distribution of marks for various components of internal assessment for implementing the regulations of the first and third respondents as per the regulations and consequently
re-assess the internal assessment marks of the students/petitioner for the Phase - II MBBS Examinations, November 2016 and re-publish the results of the petitioner in Register Number:13770749 on basis of such revised marks.

2.In view of the above representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and based on the order passed in W.M.P.No.29311 of 2017 in W.P.No.6701 of 2017, this Petition is liable to be disposed. Hence, this writ petition is disposed. No costs.
