1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking early hearing of the petition.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, the Court is not inclined to grant preferential and out of turn hearing to the petition.

3. The office, however, is directed to list the petition in the cause list for final hearing according to its seniority.

4. The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
