J U D G M E N T Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled as they have filed a petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and there is dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce by mutual consent granted by the Family Court at Bengaluru. Therefore, this appeal has been rendered infructuous and the appeal may be disposed of as withdrawn.
