2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus to quash the endorsement dated 04.04.2018 issued by the respondents to the petitioner as per Annexure-D in No.GAAHA/FPD/2018-19 and consider the application filed by the petitioner on 24.02.2018 in terms of the order in W.P.No.128/2012 dated 16.01.2012 and in terms of the order dated 21.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.22448/2015 vide Annexure-G for transfer of authorization on compassionate ground.
4. For the reasons assigned by this Court by an order dated 08.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.17131/2018 (GM-PDS), the endorsement dated 04.04.2018 is quashed and the writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions.
