When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a letter from the Principal Secretary to Government, dated 05.09.2017 stating that vide G.O.(3D) No.51, Industries (E1) Department, dated 20.03.2006, the suspension order was revoked without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings contemplated and the petitioner was also reinstated into service.
3. Recording the letter from the Principal Secretary to Government, dated 05.09.2017, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
