Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and perused the record.
The prayer in this petition is for a direction upon the second respondent (S.S.P. Kanpur Nagar) to decide the petitioner's grievance that has been raised in his representation dated 18.11.2019.
It appears that there is a dispute between husband and wife and for settlement of such dispute the petitioner seeks intervention of the Court. In case the petitioner has grievance in respect of non-registration of his report or he seeks any relief against some persons, then he can take recourse to appropriate legal remedy by filing appropriate application before the Court having jurisdiction in the matter.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
