This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents herein for committing contempt and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD) No.8227 of 2009 dated 26.06.2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a copy of Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD) No.8191 of 2016, dated 02.08.2017, by which, the Hon'ble Division Bench, while dismissing the appeal preferred by the Government, has given certain directions to the first respondent therein.
3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
