In this matter the earlier counsel stood elevated and this Court had issued notice to the petitioner Sri Mustaq Hussain on his current residence in village Peepli Umerpur, Post Aliyabad Vikas Khand Dilari District Moradabad. The office has sent an office report on 26.11.2018 that petitioner has neither received a notice nor filed any vakalatnama.
Thus, this case is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
