Pursuant to order dated 1 February 2019 the District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar has submitted his report.
On perusal thereof, in my opinion no willful and deliberate disobedience of the writ Court order is made out against the opposite party.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to pursue the matter before the lower court.
