Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material brought on record.
This court had directed the opposite party, Vice Chairman, Firozabad - Shikohabad, Development Authority to decide the representation of the applicant. It is not in dispute that the representation has been decided by passing order dated 22.09.2016.
In view thereof, the petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to assail the order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.
