2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation on 24.04.2017 for issuance of patta, the respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr. A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that in the event of the petitioner giving a fresh representation to the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar, the same may be directed to be considered by the said Tahsildar, in accordance with Law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar, within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
