The present application has been filed by the applicant-accused under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for regular bail.
The applicant-accused is charged with having committed offences under Sections 347, 344, 365, 380, 397, 385, 465, 467, 418, 471, 307 AND 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, for which, FIR being I-C.R.No.70/2010 has been lodged at Kamlabaug Police Station.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel, Mr.Saiyed for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file fresh application after filing of the chargesheet. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
