Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pradeep Singh learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and the learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the demarcation Case being Case No.T202116660200590 of 2021 (Murli Manohar Mall Vs. Gram Panchayat-Ikdiri), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the demarcation Case being Case No.T202116660200590 of 2021 (Murli Manohar Mall Vs. Gram Panchayat-Ikdiri), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
