In this case, notice had been issued to the revisionist to engage another counsel fixing 21.05.2008 More than 11 years have passed but none has put in appearance on behalf of the revisionist.
In any case, the order impugned has been passed on an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC directing the plaintiff revisionist to implead the opposite party as necessary party in the suit.
The impugned order had been passed on 11.02.1986. No interim order was operating in the revision and therefore, it is safe to assume that the proceedings wherefrom the revision arises must have been decided finally, rendering this revision infructuous.
The revision is accordingly, dismissed.
