The petitioners, who are opposite parties in Appeal No.13 of 2011, have filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the appellate court to decide the appeal expeditiously, preferably within three months.
Counsel for the petitioners points out that dates are being fixed for final hearing of the appeal since 2013, but the appeal is not being decided.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the appellate court to decide the appeal expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
