Present petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 14.11.2018 and 30.11.2018 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Case No. 03065 of 2018 (Ram Kishun vs. Munni Devi).
At the very outset, Sri Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Sri Rahul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the caveator-respondent no. 4 is present.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
