The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for a direction to the Judge Small Causes, before whom SCC Suit No.74 /2017 is pending at the behest of the petitioner, to decide the same in a time bound manner.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the suit is at initial stages and even written statement has not been filed so far.The suit has been instituted recently in the year 2017. This Court finds no extra ordinary reason on record to issue direction to the trial Court, as prayed for in the instant petition. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to make a request before the trial court for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
The petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
