Office has submitted report dated 12.08.2021 stating therein that appellant no. 1 Munney Shah, has died 14 years ago and appellant no. 2 Mardan Shah was murdered in the year 2006.

As both the appellants have died. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
