(By Sri.V.S.Vinayaka, HCGP for R1) ...Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR and complaint initiated by the respondent No.1 Police in FIR in Crime No.160/2018 filed by Nelamangala Police dated 24.05.2018 for the offence P/U/S. 420 of IPC and forwarding the same to the Principal Civil Judge (Jr. Dn.) and JMFC Court, Nelamangala, Bengaluru District against the petitioners, as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively, which was initiated under the instigation of respondent No.2, who was retired Superintendent of Police.
This Criminal Petition is coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that during the pendency of the present petition, certain development has taken place. Hence, petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
