O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension which is subject matter in the writ petition has been withdrawn and in that view of the matter, petition is rendered infructuous.
2. As the petition is preferred for the limited relief of quashing of the order placing the petitioner under suspension, the prayer stands answered by the subsequent development and the same is admitted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
