Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 464 of 2014 (Muniraj vs. Rajendra & Others) instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the court is regularly fixing dates for disposal of the application for temporary injunction but it has yet not been decided.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
