Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does want to press this bail application.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application of the applicant is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the applicant within a period of 1-1/2 years from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties subject to fullest cooperation of the applicant in early disposal of the trial.
