The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the Court concerned will proceed and decide the proceedings expeditiously, if possible within a period of six months without granting unnecessary adjournment either of the parties, from the date the certified copy of this order is produced before him.
The petition is disposed of.
