Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Satish Chandra Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2, 4 and 5 as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1 and 3.
The petitioner claims that she has been promoted on 13.8.2010 as Headmistress. The petitioner has been transferred from Nagla Purwa to Junior High School, Asalatpur Jarai in District Sambhal. In the said institution she was not allowed to join, therefore, the petitioner made a complaint to the District Magistrate and then she was allowed to join the institution. Now she has not been given financial powers in the institution although she is functioning as Headmistress. The petitioner has made a representation to the District Basic Education Officer, Sambhal where the claim of the petitioner is still pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the District Basic Education Officer, Sambhal will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
