This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no. 2 to conclude the proceedings under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri B.K. Tripahti, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha submitted that the proceedings have been completed on 31.08.2021.
In view of statement so made, writ petition has become infructuous as the prayer has been granted by the authority.
Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
