JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The matter is wrongly notified in the Board without mentioning the number of earlier application for temporary bail being Criminal Misc. Application No.6844 of 2012 and though the application is filed seeking extension of temporary bail, the matter is notified only as 'an application for temporary bail'. This is third consecutive lapse of similar nature which has come to the notice of this Court. The Registrar (Judicial) to look into the matter and make his submissions.
2. The present application is filed by the convict praying for extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court vide order dated 17th May 2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6844 of 2012.
The learned APP invited attention of the Court to the above order dated 17th May 2012, wherein it is recorded that, "2.0 .. .. The son of the convict, therefore, wants his father to be treated by a private doctor."
3. The applicant has not produced any papers of having taken treatment from a private doctor.
At this juncture, the learned advocate for the applicant wants time till tomorrow, to produce papers of treatment taken by the convict after he was granted temporary bail by this Court by order dated 17th May 2012. Adjourned to 16th June 2012.
