JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.D.N.Pandya, learned advocate for the applicants. The application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased petitioners is barred 200 days. However, the memorandum of the application, especially Paragraph-4 that is pointed out by the learned advocate for the applicants, does not reveal any plausible ground or explanation of delay. The learned advocate for the applicants may file an additional affidavit in order to explain the delay.
