Learned advocate appearing for respondents Nos. 7,8 and 9 has drawn the attention of this Court that ex-parte injunction from the year 2010 staying the execution petition No. 81/2007 before the 5th Additional Senior Civil Judge (S.D) Vadodara in form of the petitioner herein seriously jeopardize. The cause of these respondents as auction purchasers who paid the entire consideration in the year 2007.
Today, learned advocate Mr.Majmudar appearing for the petitioner has sought time on account of non-availability of Senior Counsel. This matter is adjourned for the last time, no further adjournment shall be sought for.
