The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 18.04.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.13595 of 2019 (Mukul Agarwal Vs. State of U.P. and others) and order dated 18.10.2019 Contempt Application No.6784 of 2019 (Mukul Agarwal Vs. Dheeraj Sahu and another).
It appears from perusal of the record that pursuant to the afoesaid orders, a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 01.01.2020, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.9 to the contempt application.
In this view of the matter, the order passed by the writ court as well as contempt court has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt application becomes infrctuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infrctuous.
In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
