This application has been filed with a prayer to decide the bail application of the applicants in Case Crime No.68 of 2018, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 427 IPC, PS Jasrathpur, District Etah in accordance with the certain authorities.
It is pointed out by the learned AGA that no charge sheet has been filed. In this view of the matter process of Court has not yet begun. The present application is, therefore, not maintainable.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
At this stage it is clarified that it will be open to the applicants to pursue such remedies as they may be advised.
