JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M.
SAHAI) Learned AGP Mr.N.J.Shah prays for and is allowed three weeks' time to file specific reply to the paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed by the appellant in the present appeal, and shall clearly explain to the effect that when the same benefit has been given to the similarly situated persons having land adjacent to the land of the appellant, then why similar treatment has not been given to the appellant. Three weeks' thereafter to the appellant to file rejoinder. List this matter on 28.06.2012.
