Learned Additional Government is directed to file counter affidavit disclosing as to whether report of the ballistic expert in respect of pistol recovered from the possession of the applicant and the cartridge recovered from the dead body of the deceased has been asked for or not. If the report has been asked for from the concerned agency, the same shall be produced before this Court on the next date.
